Prior to working with Fraser I was using a large property management company and the contrast in performance was huge, in over 1 month they had not taken a single tenant through my vacant property and often took days to respond to emails. The thing I love about Fraser is that he will get his hands dirty, often when ever I see him hes in his overalls and work boots and its refreshing to have someone handle my property thats knowledgable about repairs and maintenance and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
If some day he had to get any thing fixed by a tradesman I will truly believe that he would have exausted his resources before he enlists a tradesman.

I was in a complete rut, I had these hopeless property managers managing my property that were scared of the tenants that they put in my house themselves. Matters were getting out of hand, the tenants weren't paying their rent and the property managers were scared of the tenants. I heard about a young guy who is just excellent with managing properties, looks after his landlords and has a strong work ethic. Within a few days of Fraser taking over the tenancy, Fraser managed to sort all the problems out with the tenants, built a good relationship with them and had systems that got the rent back on track. I honestly couldn't believe it, he was emailing me at 10pm at night to keep my updated and I even recall one episode where he was at the tenants property at 11pm to get my rent for me.
