I’m an overseas owner and as such a good property manager is crucial, from my experience I would highly recommend Fraser and Manage My Rental.
Prior to working with Fraser I was using a large property management company and the contrast in performance was huge, in over 1 month they had not taken a single tenant through my vacant property and often took days to respond to emails. After changing to Fraser, within 2 days he’d taken several groups through and leased the property at a good rent. We are 10-12 hours apart and judging by some of his email response times I often wonder when he manages to sleep!
Fraser has also continued to suggest different ways for me to improve my rental yield and given me quality market advice in relation to which offers I should accept and how we can maximize value.
Another story that comes to mind was when we had to buy a new bed for a tenant, Fraser went and picked one up for me and then carried it around 800m down the road just to save me delivery costs!!

The thing I love about Fraser is that he will get his hands dirty, often when ever I see him hes in his overalls and work boots and its refreshing to have someone handle my property thats knowledgable about repairs and maintenance and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
If some day he had to get any thing fixed by a tradesman I will truly believe that he would have exausted his resources before he enlists a tradesman.
So as a committed manager I give him 10/10.

I was in a complete rut, I had these hopeless property managers managing my property that were scared of the tenants that they put in my house themselves. Matters were getting out of hand, the tenants weren't paying their rent and the property managers were scared of the tenants. I heard about a young guy who is just excellent with managing properties, looks after his landlords and has a strong work ethic. Within a few days of Fraser taking over the tenancy, Fraser managed to sort all the problems out with the tenants, built a good relationship with them and had systems that got the rent back on track. I honestly couldn't believe it, he was emailing me at 10pm at night to keep my updated and I even recall one episode where he was at the tenants property at 11pm to get my rent for me.
