Hi, my names Fraser Wilkinson and I'm the director of Manage My Rental. My business services the whole of the Wellington region.

I'm a property investor myself which is the biggest reason why I set up Manage My Rental. I had all my properties under management of local companies and to be honest I had a gutsful of the dismal, poor service that was delivered by them. I have built on the weakenesses of these companies and used them to offer a premium service that I'm finding is keeping my clients very  satisfied.

95% of my clients were with CURRENT property management companies before they heard of my unique, no nonsense, landlord friendly business model that I offer to my clients.
